We went swimming as a family last night. First swimming trip of the year, this making it Ty's very 1st swimming trip. I wondered how Ty would take the whole experience. I was actually surprised. As I climbed down the stairs into the water, it was cold enough that I wanted to cry at first. But not Ty...... He just smiled. He loved it.
Hayden has gotten a lot braver in the last year. He used to cry every time water would get splashed into his eyes. 
The vacation was wonderful, except the huge cold sores that I got the second day of our trip. We loved Yellowstone, we are a active family so the kids were a little bored at times. So ending the trip with the river ride was perfect!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Lava Hot Springs in Idaho. They have a lot of parks on the river's edge. Next time we will pull the Motorhome next to the river's edge and have an extended family outing. They have a 4 man raft to rent, its round. I would not put any child on anything except that. I seen families take small children down, the kids were having a blast. Oh and one last thing take water shoes!!! A MUST. Poor Jed. He tipped over on a small fall and hurt his feet real bad, the rocks are sharp.
